    Default I got hacked

    I dont know if this is the right place to report but I got hacked (my account ProdigyDawn) and my password was changed.. Please help me I dont know what to do

    I tried messaging support. It is inactive. Pls help.

    Update: He took the mags and changed my grow id. Losing hope rn.

    Did you :
    a. Typed in your password anywhere else (e.g. a website)?
    b. Gave your password to friends/siblings/online friend/someone you know/a random person?
    c. Opened a program related to Growtopia (e.g. Password Stealer or Hack GT or stuff like that)? If so, photo the program and send it to me
    d. Opened a website related to Growtopia(e.g. Get DLS Easy Type In Your Password Here or stuff like that)? If so, photo the website and send it to me
    e. Have your computer/phone/tablet repaired recently?
    f. Downloaded a program related to Growtopia (e.g. GT Tools or GT Hack or stuff like that)?
    g. Got hacked into in other accounts (e.g. your Google/Youtube/Snapchat/Twitter or stuff like that)?

    If you answer "NO" in all of those questions, contact support again, ask me if you need help contacting

    Thanks for the reply, But i know myself i didnt go to any websites like you said. And my only friend in-game is my brother(he doesn't know my pass). Appreciate the help, hopefully this gets resolved soon.

    If your last email haven't been replied within 2 days after you've sent it, send another email.

    Please change passwords for your social media channels/Gmail, etc. Since it’s susceptible to getting hacked into.

    So then someone has acc in your mail. Can't change mail without confirm in in your gmail. You need have 2 step verify in every possible account what you have. Mean gmail, instagram, facebook, windows, discord, and so on.. Start with gmail:

    And make sure that your pass is at least 13-15 characters long, it has to have CAPITAL letters, numbers and small letters, randomly Like this: tH1s1sSTR0Ngp4sS <- read, thisStrongPass wrote with numbers and small and big letters so it makes it strong pass, but do not use that lol

    Did you ever give your email away to anyone? If no this is a big hacker problem. Did you get double account protection? Try contacting support maybe they can help you.

    I am not accusing you or anything, but I am very sure you have a virus in your computer or you downloaded something from youtube or somewhere else. If I
    am not wrong, it is the only way they would also get your email using your save.dat file. It happened to me too and the hacker change everything, acc name, email, pass, and there is no way i can get back my acc cause support won’t answer. (He) Took away 2mags and a rayman from me.
    Please change your email pass asap. To protect your computer/laptop, go to windows defender and run a full scan on your computer (if you are on windows). If you can’t do a scan through windows defender, just download windows safety scanner and run a full scan. It would take a while but it would remove most of the virus if I am not wrong.

    Hello, I would like to request for an authority to close my thread. But I would also want to ask if I am allowed to submit another ticket, (which means I will restart all over again) since my Ubisoft account got hacked too.

    Any answers will much appreciated.

    Dude you have keylogger if all your accounts get hacked. You need clean your device fast!!!!!!!!

    I’m pretty sure that there is an exploit or bypass that we are unaware of.

    If I recall, all of the people that have AAP on or not, have gotten their accounts hacked. AAP is essentially two factor authentication and this really should’t be happening.

    Also, they’ve seemed to follow the safe browsing habits that everyone’s been saying.

    But hey, I could be wrong. Maybe literally EVERYONE who’s gotten their account hacked with AAP on has each had a keylogger installed on their computer.

    Daewud has already addressed this issue with other forumers who were in this similar situation. I also believe I’ve sent you the link to the Ubisoft site where you can contact support.

    Install kaspersky total security, if you had your aap enabled and still got hacked, they most probably accessed your registry and your mac address(that means you became a victim of a advanced save.dat stealer). You gotta do a fresh start for your computer or any device, a factory reset would be the superior solution here. Also dont forget to enable two factor verification on your mail and change all the passwords.
