    Default Is there a way to get items and worlds back from compromised account

    Hello Growtopians, my account was compromised or something somehow while I was banned last year (someone said it was a bug before to lose items while banned ?) and I lost everything (worlds, gems, items) and I have not played since as that has completely put me off. I was wondering if there is any possible way I can get my worlds or items or anything back from it as I want to play growtopia however don’t want to completely restart, I have proof of items I owned https://gyazo.com/a0e8f465ff43012495592b042162325b

    I know some people are going to say that I shouldn’t give out details ect but I didn’t! I’m unsure on how this happened but it’s annoying considering this happened right after I spent some money which sucks.

    If anyone can help me by showing an email to email or something that will be greatly appreciated. I have tried to email the support one but it’s no longer in use unfortunately.

    The only way to do so is by contacting support. Support is being problematic rn though, but it doesnt exactly hurt to try emailing them.

    You could try contacting support in here, cause it was changed few months ago. I'm not sure if you'd get items back from only a screenshot, unless they're going to check the logs.
    Remember: You need to provide your email address that you used to create your GrowID, or they won't even gather responding, as there were few times when they ignored players if they'd provide wrong email address.

    Also if you were banned permanently (730 days) there's no way getting your items back, cause it's ban evading and you'll get banned immediately again.

    Hmm I did try to contact them already and it said “ Please note that the support email address: “support@growtopiagame.com” is now inactive.”

    Any ideas ?

    That email isn't active for some time already, you need contact them in here or login through phone, open menu (Where's exit world/respawn) is and click on "Support".


    Edit: If you're still having problem contacting them here's a thread with instructions how to contact support.

    Hmm the ubisoft support page isn't loading, may be maintenance so I'll have to see if it works later, thanks for taking your time to help me out. Appreciate it
