Default About getting hacked and support returning lost items

Recently players were informed that if they were hacked and AAP was enabled, support would return items that were lost after being hacked. There is no legitimate way of verifying if a player was hacked, so how can support tell if a player is telling the truth?

I think that is a question only support can answer. I don't think they like to make public all thier secrets.

Well, it they take lost items back from hacker and ban hackers acc, then there is no point to lie. But idk.

They probably can check the logs and IP address

Support can check the location of which player signed in and also the logs of which player it was transferred. Ip address takes a huge role in it.

I know it's mentioned above already, but I'll mention it again.

Support can check logs and last login location and they'll be able to confirm that the player got actually hacked. They can also track the items by checking the logs, so there's no possible way for hacker to hide it, unless he'll be fast enough and sell those items for money and get actual profit without losing items, but guy who bought those items would be in trouble as well.

    Hello Vrags

Support staff has access to game logs so we're able to see if a hacked case is legitimate.

Items and/or worlds that have been stolen from the player are returned if there's enough evidence.

We also take false claims quite seriously, and action can be taken against players that abuse such resources.

That said, if you have been hacked or know someone who has please have them contact our support desk.

Since this has been asked and answered several times already, I'll be closing the thread. Take care everyone!
