    Default Building-related Suggestions

    This thread will evolve over time but for now, I'll start with the basics.

    Here are some ideas that you may or may not like.
    Remember that this is a suggestion. Not everything suggested here "must" be added.

    1.) Weather Machine- Foggy

    Purpose: This weather machine will cast a white/grey-ish fog on the negative tile that does not meet the player's pressense. It limits the player's view on the world, preventing them from looking at the rest of the world using the zoom options. It can be toggled from 3-10 blocks wide to modify. Good for keeping the world's contents and the render will not hide everything and will only show the weather being used.

    Special: It can work with the any given weather machine. E.g. you have the Night Weather Machine enabled whilst you can also activate the suggested weather machine to add an effect.

    Lag prevention: Low graphics will remove the moving fog effect and will be replaced with a plain grey-ish color or fog img.

    2.) Steam Randomizer

    Purpose: This is an attachment to the existing placed steam blocks and will randomly change its properies or position with a time counter modified by the owner. The limit will at range from 5 seconds to 2 minutes wether there are no people in. It only works on steam crossovers, cranks, pipes, pistons/bellows, and collector. This is like a steam collector but with an automation of changing its properties.

    Special: It is an attachment, like how paint applies. It will show an indication that it is set to randomize.

    Lag prevention: If the condition meets the longest time set in a world while nobody has entered, it will automatically disable itself from randomizing.

    3.) Tileless Music Sheets

    Purpose: It will be a tileless background that will not override the background being used on the specific target. When the player has selected any music sheet-related items it will look the same as how it displays. If placed, it will show with a 75% or less opacity as an indication of it being placed. If the player is not selecting any music sheet-related item, the music sheets will disappear in the view of the player. It will only be visible if the player has selected a music sheet-related items. It will override itself on the existing block or background whever it is present but forbids itself from completely claiming itself as the true background. To remove the music sheet, the player will simply have to place the identical music sheet and it will be removed than breaking it through the block.

    Specials: Removal of the "Hide all notes" in the World Lock options.

    4.) Shading Materials

    5.) Tileless Steam Blocks

    Purpose: This is similar to 3.) that will give the players enough space to place a block rather than the usual steam blocks and it will not override itself. As an indication of it working, a smoke will still emit from its pathing to the destination of the steam connections.

    Special: The players can see the layout of the steam by selecting any steam-related block to learn its pathings.

    6.) Weather Machine- Realistic Night

    Purpose: Instead of putting any cave backgrounds as way of making things darker, the weather machine itself will cast a moonless version of Weather Machine- Night giving players more opportunity to experiment with the lighting. Everything would be pitch black including the white door itself (or not) and in order for the players to reveal the darkened area, any light emitting blocks or tools will reveal the blocks in a small area it ranges. This also gives the developers an opportunity to give each light emitting item its range of blocks that it can light. If any items that already causes the block to darken e.g. Dark Cave Background will not stack nor affect the weather.

    Special: Does not require dark cave backgrounds anymore.

    Lag prevention: Same as the way of how Dark Cave Background behaves when the graphics are low.

    7.) Improved Paint Brush

    Purpose: This can be toggled the same as how the Diamond Horn works with the paintbrush changing style on which it is set to work on.

    > Its 1st main feature will be the regular painting machanics that will color both block and background in the same manner using only 1 paint consumable.
    > 2nd feature will only paint the block or any passable blocks except the background. Last and its
    > 3rd feature will only color the background.

    Toggling again will return back to its main feature.

    Special: Cleaner way of polishing certain blocks.

    8.) Expressive Mannequins

    Purpose: The player can wrench the mannequin and will be given new buttons where the player can put an expression to the mannequins e.g. /mad, /rolleyes, ect. The player can also have a way of manipulating gestures such as pointing, waving, ect.

    Special: No more same expression anymore.

    Yeah, itll be tileless and can only be removed by tapping it with its identical sheet note. Just like how paint works.

    i remember seeing the music sheets suggestion thingy a few years ago yet its still not implemented yet. i really wish we get something like that into the game
