    Default Its been 50 hours

    Since i submitted my support claim for not recieving my in game 10$ purchase, so, do I file a new case or do i just accept my losses and die 10$ more broke.

    (using ubisoft support)

    Have you include your purchased receipt? You should do that so they can confirm the loss transaction

    Cover is not the book
    So open it up and take a look

    Yup, the purchase id and all, i screenshot both the email and my itunes account
