What do you think about this? -

For more than a year, I've been waiting for my response from support. Basically they close my cases and answer nothing, not even the reason why they closed it. I haven't got the answer to my own questions that I have asked them. It still gets you really nervous when you try to get answers to your questions for a year, but they don't come. Here I would like to ask, have you not had such problems before?

We have around 10 supporter specialists and they can't answer one person's question, it's just so sick. As opposed to answering, they ignore, they close those cases. I have opened 15 cases on the same topic to get my answer, 0 replies, only ignored. I'm not angry, but I just don't understand how that can ever happen. Big company and unable to answer one person's questions. Sad just. Hope this changes soon and all people's questions get answered!

The point is I'm 100% sure I'm not the only one who has this problem, it just makes me sad, you try your best but the result is zero...
