    Default Problems with support

    Hello there,

    What do you think about this? -

    For more than a year, I've been waiting for my response from support. Basically they close my cases and answer nothing, not even the reason why they closed it. I haven't got the answer to my own questions that I have asked them. It still gets you really nervous when you try to get answers to your questions for a year, but they don't come. Here I would like to ask, have you not had such problems before?

    We have around 10 supporter specialists and they can't answer one person's question, it's just so sick. As opposed to answering, they ignore, they close those cases. I have opened 15 cases on the same topic to get my answer, 0 replies, only ignored. I'm not angry, but I just don't understand how that can ever happen. Big company and unable to answer one person's questions. Sad just. Hope this changes soon and all people's questions get answered!

    The point is I'm 100% sure I'm not the only one who has this problem, it just makes me sad, you try your best but the result is zero...

    PLEASE NOTE: I have received answers from them, but these are not answers to my questions, but to something else

    I think that they usually ignore banned users after they have given them a final response, opening more cases wont do anything.

    Never had any problems with contacting the Support desk. It took some time to respond as my expectations about it wasn't high either. I'm sure that there is a reason why your cases have been closed with an answer that was not related to your question as you say. I would recommend trying to contact one of the support specialists by sending your ticket number and hopefully getting an answer to your question. If you don't know any of them, you can find Canada's community team which is responsible for providing support to those who send such tickets in order to receive help here.

    I can't contact them, i once tried to contact with them by Instagram. One of 8 answered, and he anwsered "too much reading" and no more answers from him. Thanks for your feedback!

    “Too much reading” lmao how professional is that.
    The new forum guardians here are very helpful, such as Misthios. I recommend messaging them here in the forums or even through discord. Support usually sends automated emails in reply to ban appeals if that’s what your issue was.

    Well have contacted with with some, no asnwers to my questions. Sadly, the new moderators are not supporter specialists and they can't answer to my questions. Only supporter specialists can answer to them. Thanks for your feedback!

    Forums not the place where we discuss bans and it's something you should keep it private. Please refrain from spamming support desk as it might take a while to get respond on specific cases, however if your ban reason is solid and you know why, please don't bother creating ticket as you know the reason and there's no need for further discussion about it.
