    Default Role Up! Is becoming some what obsolete

    Role Up! Was released over a year ago, and since then it’s goal and purpose has become obsolete.

    The purpose of roles was to give the features a chance of more bang for their buck and the following

    “particularly the notes about making individual systems more meaningful, creating a longer-term progression beyond XP and levels, and, of course, providing more chances to earn Growtokens.”

    Growtokens was the only thing to succeed here. The rest not so much.

    1. Meaningfulness: Overtime more and more suppliers will enter and crafters. You only need so many crafts and more supply just means less of a need to craft items from the crafting roles. Besides elegants but even then the role items needed are pretty cheap overall from them. And as time goes on. Even more. These items become cheaper and cheaper due to the supply with little demand. If anything role drops now just feel like normal drops. If there’s anyway to combat this it’s to give these drops greater use in large amounts but even then the amount of new suppliers is fatally increasing and the crafters only need to make so much. And need so little.

    2. Long term progression: this depends on your cost put in gem wise. But overall quest your given are stupid. Delievering items and doing the task don’t feel like quests. People like BlueBuzz were able to get all 6 roles done in less than a year. Talk about long term. Plus with all the buffs it’s easy to get levels quick.

    Yeah. I think it needs an expansion (maybe add more levels?).

    I agree with this some of the prizes are completely useless for example for Startopia the level 10 role rewards are pointless. New items need to be introduced that utilize role rewards.

    The role items will be very restricted if they remain locked to only being able to be used in crafter role items

    That’s why they allow people to gem role up
    they know that it would be useless as time goes on because it would become useless just like that roots update

    when more people reach max role, the less and cheaper it would be how econmony works

    Yes and how many people are like Blue... (a simple growtopian) %1 of the community?
    so you're asking the devs to make the quests harder than they are already?
    if you don't gem your quest they will take you a very long time to reach Max level.
    so I dont agree with this statement at all.

    If you want to make growtokens not accessible to lower part of the community you might already have done your quests and seek for a little profit for a little longer period, but every dream comes to an end, and as you stated the overpriced items will become cheaper as they should be.

    Stf. We still need Geiger, Firefighter, Chemistry, Ghost Busting and so much more to be done.. Srsly you need a expansion why not that instead. Roles of the day, there supposed to be 2 roles that gives you the gtoken. Its like what food shall u choose

    Making more roles doesn’t fix anything, while it would be cool, we need to make it so the original 6 have use/purpose. Adding more will just make the problem bigger unless you did 4 crafters 2 suppliers but even then gotta make it so you constantly need the crafters crafting something

    It’s suppose to take a while, and I’m not saying make them super hard. Just don’t make it delivering items or doing the task for like 5 minutes. Example fishing quests are legit just catching 150 pounds of a fish or delivering 50 items. Like what? Also growtokens arnt meant to be easy to get. They’re basically the premiums currency of the game.
