    Default i got Hack, but iam using 2F-Auth

    You know my account got hack, and I lost my item worth than 300dls
    can i still get back my stuff, I am using 2f on Growtopia and email, so apparently hacker can bypass 2fa growtopia? I check my email there is no verification link
    and last visit world on my account seems different with what I remember
    please help me, can contact support solve this? if the last login IP in account different and the hacker can bypass 2fa link when hacking can I still get my item back?

    If you had your Advanced Account Protection (AAP) enabled, contact support and they'll return your items after verifying that you had turned it on.

    And yes, hackers can bypass AAP.

    I just contact Ubisoft support, hopefully I will get a satisfactory answer
    and my account is use AAP, when they release this feature I immediately use AAP
    btw how long they will respond ticket?

    Even though I'm not one(I know, speech 100 there), if I was a hacker who sold stuff for IRL money, I wouldn't completely change the email. Doing so would make the person quit Growtopia. Instead, take their stuff(which is everything besides their name really) and hope they will play again. In another 1-2 years, boom, they can hack them again. The only thing the hacker loses is the worthless levels on the account.

    but how does a hacker get access to your email in first place, if you didnt download/click any links
