    I'm not quite sure what you're asking. Correct me if I'm wrong but you're asking if when you start thread on the forums if it gets automatically posted or it goes through a filter of a moderator before the public can view it? If this is what you are asking I can probably answer it to the best of my knowledge. I think that threads are automatically approved but get taken down by a "real mod" if they violate TOS/rules. Or switched to another sub-forum if it isn't relevant to where you posted in. (Update Discussions, Announcements, Meet & Greet, ETC).

    People who first register have to get their first couple posts approved. When they post a thread or reply on a thread, a moderator has to view the message and either approve it or deny it from being posted.
