Default Questions about scamming and stuff

If you drop an item, and someone picks it up is that someone considered to be "scamming"?

If someone borrows your items but gives it back AFTER the deadline is it considered as "scamming"?

If someone takes your items without permission but later returns it on the same day is it considered as "scamming"?

If you read a set of rules someone else created, but you pretend you didn't read any rules. Does that mean there is no rules?

    1. No because you had the choice to drop it or not. It is your fault for dropping the item.

    2. Depends. Did the person tell that he returns the items late? If the person who borrowed the items doesn't say anything after the deadline, then in my opinion it is scamming until the item is returned.

    3. It is considered as scamming until the item is returned.

    1. I only drop my items in secured areas, unless my intention is to give something away.

    2. I never let anybody borrow anything and I never ask anybody if I can borrow anything.

    3. I do everything possible to prevent anybody taking anything from me without my permission. I would considered it betrayal of my trust if some how it did happen.

I usually never make exceptions unless it's my wife or her kids. I might make an exception for a person I have known in the game a very long time.

It's only illegal when you're purposefully scamming someone by misleading them, for example in a Dropgame.
