I have been waiting for my purchased packages for.. a month or so?..
And was under the impression that Ubisoft scammed me. Opened up a case 15 days after, though it took long, I finally got a response to my case on the Support forum assuring that I'd obtain my missing packages. Still waiting for the next comment but, I'm sure that the problem will have been taken care of when it has arrived. Another thank you to the people that worked on my case, I've been getting teased by my family members for this issue and I am now relieved to see that this issue will now come to an end, I can't express enough gratitude for ya'll.
