    Hello everyone, today, I'd like to tender you a laboriously and scarcely discussed topic, The Copy-Pasta's being sent all over the community by the support team.

    As for how the current situation is, I have come to the fact that the current situation brings up unhealthy and unwanted discreditably sights towards this game and its support team. Looking at the current situation, we can clearly deduce that the complaints from players about their emails are getting out of hand.

    I do agree that these players are punished for a reason however they should and must have the right to be able to discuss their punishments with the support team. These automated replies are incredibly aggravating, I can definitely call the current situation of copy-paste's being sent all over a disrespectful move towards the players.

    I understand that the support desk is generally very busy at all times with issues and investigations on their own, but that doesn't mean that they should send copy-pastes all over the community. Do they even read the messages before sending a copy-pasted reply? I have come to the conclusion that they don't.

    Searching up for these key-words and giving automated replies is NOT good for players who have complicated issues. It's definitely not OK for the rest of the community as well. This should and must come to an end.

    Hello Growtopians

    When handling cases, we do indeed investigate into the reason for the ban and its legitimacy.

    The responses are similar because they all address the nature for the ban to the player. Telling player A that they were banned for hosting a casino doesn't change if it's a new person contacting us with the same inquiry.

    Once the investigation into the account is completed and the player has been given an answer, to minimize resources used we no longer respond. The idea is that there's no need to tell the same player multiple times the reason for their ban if we have given it already.

    The reality is that it's impossible to please everyone, especially those who break our game rules. Though, I can assure you that we do not send random responses and that we go through an internal set of checklists before attending to a specific case.

    You're always welcome to contact us directly at support here if you have any specific questions. That said, the forums isn't the best place to be discussing this which is why I'll be closing the thread now. I also encourage you all to PM if you have anything you need clarification on or want to discuss a certain set of rules.

    That post applied directly to what happened about a month and a half ago when I got banned. Don’t want to get into details, but they made up a random excuse and ignored all of my responses. It’s really frustrating..
