    Hello everyone! In late December I noticed that my 80+DLS were suddenly missing due to a player bypassing my AAP, and I have posted a thread about this before but it was closed due to a forum guardian telling me to "contact support." I eventually did, and my first case was closed by support and I got no assistance. I messaged them again a few days after, and they asked me questions and said they would get back to me within 48 hours. I answered those questions the same day I was asked, and that was on January 7th, 2020. I haven't heard back from support since, and it has almost been 3 weeks even though they said they would get back to me within 48 hours. I don't really know what to do at this point as support is ignoring my case. I've left extra comments on the case details hoping they'd see them and help me, but they still aren't getting back to me. This is really disappointing to me as I've been a loyal player since 2015, and they're kind of just blowing my case off like it's nothing. My friend who had more stuff than I did is also a loyal 2015 player and had his AAP breached a day or two ago, and support won't help him either. I don't really understand the point of having a support team if they don't actually support the players. (Note: I have NOT downloaded any suspicious programs, clicked on any weird links, visited any websites, or used the same password anywhere else. My email was not breached, but I did get an email with the new location of a device on December 28th, 2019 but didn't notice it until my diamond locks were already gone.) Can a high up staff please help me with this, or at least have support get back to me? I'd really appreciate it! - ShadowGraal

    As mentioned in your previous thread, the forums isn't the place to discuss support cases.

    We frequently monitor threads and provide no special treatment to players. All cases are handled in the order they're received and provided there's sufficient information.

    A full 3 weeks with no response is unheard of unless the emails aren't going through or your case keeps being updated because of repeated messages.

    Could you PM me your ticket # so that I'm able to verify that everything is indeed going as intended?

    That said, I'll be closing the thread as the same rules still apply.
