    Default Advance Account Protection Bug ?

    I've been trying to online in same pc but I am receiver aap protection and saying new device or new ip etc. But when i check my gmail it doesnt show a msg from growtopia giving me a link to activate my device so i can play.

    Are you sure you connected your account to the right email or checked the right email if you have multiple?

    yes i tried to change pass i receive notification on that email i provided.

    Check the spam folder. It might have landed there.

    i check everywhere no msg. from growtopia i even clear all my msgs so i can see but still dont have.

    It is happening to me too,i log my account on my tablet school and now i cant log in my phone.Idk why i can log on pc.
    Im deadinside.

    Hey everyone, is this issue still ongoing for all of you?

    Did you all enable AAP before this happened, or never did?

    Yes I and my friends have this problem too. Please fix as soon as possible. I can not login with my new phone.

    I had same problem. You have to log in and when it asks you for the verifycation you have to be on that screen then press back to screen where you have options and info and stuff. After that open your gmail and the link have to be there then just click it and then log in. If you didn't get gmail msg then you have to wait for 1-3 minute without loging in.
    I believe in making the impossible possible, because there's no fun in giving up ❤😉
    I might not be where I want to be yet but I get closer everyday ❤🤗

    This is still ongoing. It's not user error for everyone suggesting what people are doing wrong. My sister enabled AAP sometime within the past 24 hours and now she is completely locked out of her account. I also cannot play on any new devices. She was able to change her password and receive those emails, but no emails from AAP.
