    I tried to recover my password and they said they send the email i go to check and theres no email???? I try again, this message comes up. Good job Ubisoft you’ve failed yet again at handling a basic task.

    Yeah unfortunately there's a glitch where people aren't recievinf emails, mostly for AAP though.

    My theory is that this has something to do with the guy that is attacking the website and forums (DDoS)(most likely the same server).
    Overloading the websites and (maybe) sending request for the same thing (recovery,support stuff,etc.) might be what the attacker is doing rn... (typical things what an attacker do)

    As I already said (countless times), an attacker can't trigger a 403 forbidden error, it has to be manually programmed to be like that.

    at what part did I mention the error 403 in this thread?
    I just described what can cause a 502/3..............

    Try to send another request after 1-2 days. It works for me
