    Exclamation Advance Account Protection NOT WORKING! HUGE PROBLEM!!!!

    I have advance Account protection and when I log in using my IOS devices, it said that it has send me a email verification to my email but when I check my email, it did not send any email to verify that my IOS devices are mine and the account is not being hacked, can someone please explain to me what I could do to fix this issue. As I have not been able to play Growtopia for a while now.

    And yes I have already emailed Growtopia Support, I have already check my junk and spam folder.

    im glad its a bug for everyone and not just for me i was really nervous when it was not emailing me. i hope the admins or moderators announce something soon so the others wont cry over it. the only thing we can do is wait

    This thread needs to be in "Bugs & Glitches" forum.

    All I can say about this issue is, there's also 502 Bad Gateway problem when logging in growtopiagame.com. And don't worry. They're already trying to fix this issue. You can see latest news from Growtopia's Twitter page.

    I have also problem like this. Because of this i can't prepeare for valentines week at all, good job ubisoft. You've ruined valentine for me before it have even started.

    Guys, please don't panic. Try this method it worked for me.
    So first log in to your account and then it gives you the Gmail sent .....
    Then don't click back just go open your Gmail and wait for 1-3 minute then refresh it and then if it didn't work then open the gmail again, If it's still not there then go back in the game and log out and open the game again and rpeat this process It will work after few try mine took like 3-4 I think.
    I believe in making the impossible possible, because there's no fun in giving up ❤😉
    I might not be where I want to be yet but I get closer everyday ❤🤗

    same problem here, i can't login to my acc in my phone, i only able to login from my pc, help me, and i checked that some dir growtopia website are offline or 404 not found. like Change email.
