Lightbulb Resize HUD Elements (Arrows, Punch, Jump Buttons, etc.)

Tired of pressing the wrong buttons? Is your phone too small/big for them? No problem! Introducing.. the Element Resizing System! You can now resize and/or move HUD elements as you wish. Each element will have it's scale limit so you don't mess up your entire screen. You will not be able to overlap the inventory or chat log window. Elements will be sent one layer behind if they overlap a player's message, so you can read them. You also won't be able to move an element over/under another because, let's be honest.. who would do that? The editing zone comes with a Help button which will redirect you to a step-by-step tutorial on the forums/youtube. It also comes with Undo, Redo buttons and Toggle Grid which will make elements snap to grid and position easier.

It will be nice if there's a dropdown menu for those three buttons on the right. I always have to zoom in whenever I'm building stuff on the right side of the world.
