    Default Problem with support

    Look. I understand support is super busy right now, but the fact that you have to wait multiple days just to get unhelpful copy+paste responses without them even looking further into the case is honestly infuriating. After getting the copy+paste reply, you have to wait multiple days again to get a proper response, if you even get one.

    It would be nice if they would just look into it properly the first time, probably easier for both sides as well.

    Oh wow your case is a weird one but unfortunately many of us know Growtopias support isn’t very helpful as you’ll just go round in circles. But I’ve never heard of a case like this and wish you the best

    Yeah I'm dumbfounded by this too. Pretty sure the autoban system was replaced by a potato. I swear if I lose my clear record of this I'll be fuming. Probably got kicked out of my guild too. Nice.

    Iv seen many people msg support to unban a 60 day ban. Usually if they ever decide to look into your case they will check your logs from the very start and find any reason to perma ban you even if it is bad language and also good chance they will make more mistakes like this one (thinking you used 1 hit). Then it will be pretty much impossible to get unbanned after that. Just take the 60 day ban.

    I contacted support on March 18 through the Ubisoft Support, hope I won't get automated response. Try contacting some administrators here through private messages, 0.01% probability of getting response but goodluck.

    I'm sure support is super busy right now, expecially with all of the tens of thousands of messages they've been getting about players being autobanned for no reason. For each and every single one of these cases, they would have to look into the players logs for quite some time to check that the player is indeed innocent before finally unbanning them. They have a lot of cases to handle, and it really isn't easy. Just give them a couple more days, and I'm sure you'll get a reply. Good luck bruh! .

    I contacted them on March 16. Got a response on March 18, now I haven't received anything after replying. Also, I'm quite sure trying to contact admins here won't do much.
