    Same thing happened to me but with slimes omg.

    This happened to me twice already. The first one was during the christmas eve. I was playing parkour as well when the game lagged and I died on top of a venus guytrap. I was auto-banned.

    Yeah, the support from Ubisoft isn't very good. If you are banned, you are essentially out of playing the game anymore.

    If you've broken a rule and you've been banned, then the punishment is well-deserved and you won't be unbanned untill the punishment expires, but If you've been banned due to a glitch, then you'll most likely get unbanned, since that's not your fault at this point.

    I have been banned due to a glitch and they didn’t unban me and also one friend of mine. I think there are lots of people with this issue.

    Just some tips here..
    Always re-email them after you received your first reply. They, and most of multi millions dollar company's support staff are using a pre-made script of text of answer for certain issue based on general assumption. Ask them politely to re-investigate your case or at least to verify if their answer was sent by a human and is hand typed after an investigation been made on your case.

    In the case of banned by system(auto), it's best to provide them with a screenshot of you getting banned by the automated system, and explain to them the location and time/date of when it occurred.

    It's very likely that you will get pass this. Good luck!
