    Default How long does it usually take ubisoft to help me with support

    I bought RTG pack for 25 dollars. I waited for over 12 hours to see if i got it but i didn't. So i checked my apple gift card balance and i was charged yet i didn't get my gems. So i contacted Ubisoft, its been over 3 days and still no response.

    Just be a little more patient since they are dealing with more people just like you.

    Do not reply until they respond because if you replied, you will go back to the end of the queue again.

    You should check the email that you used on the Support account, the respond might be there.

    On a serious note, on a non-queue heavy period, you should be able to get a response within the week mark, which was the case for all five of my tickets, except the last one was around when the tickets start to flood the support, so it took slightly longer, but still within the week mark.

    If you don't get it though, well just be patient, don't spam them. If your case is on 'In Progress', that means that they're already working on it. If not, then just wait.

    Doubt that Apple could help, it's like you paying for some clothing with a credit card, and then asking for the credit card company for a refund.

    Actually the Apple Store and Google Play can help you with IAP and refunds for such, considering you have a voice of the transaction.

    I have experienced that before in a couple of month, all you can do is to email growtopia support and explain what purchase was missing. They will refund the full amount. After they said it approved to get a refund then contact Apple and they will refund you.

    Huh, I got a response in a roughly a day, maybe a bit less the last time I sent a ticket. Sometimes it has taken a bit longer though
