    Question how can i reduce weight ?

    helppp im gettting fatttttttttttttttt

    Idk or is it just me that quarantine made me eat more junk food more than ever

    Cardio and lighter meals, generally. There exists a copious amount of information about different goals for weight loss and the how to go about doing so, but if you are not too serious about the matter, just generally keep track of what you eat and try to do cardio a few times a week.
    Been playing Growtopia since 2010.

    Just finished transcribing this…deliberating on whether or not to torture myself by adapting it into Growtopia.

    Drink a lot of coffee and water...

    Can't guarantee it works, but, well... I do that, and I'm really slim, even though I do eat some unhealthy crap Sometimes

    Cardio is good for loosing fat but you also have to watch what you eat, eat less calories and watch the amount of sugar & salt you eat. A good start is just drinking only water, no juices or “soda” as the Americans call it .

    Exercise and I suggest running 1-2 hours every day, eat less fat food and less snack such as dounats chocolate etc.
